At Dhyanova, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Since many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly sized product, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange window, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Exchange Guidelines

Please read the following carefully before requesting an exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, including the day the order is delivered.
  • Products can be exchanged in the following cases:
    • Wrong size received
    • Wrong product received
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Product damaged during transit
  • We will exchange the product for the correct size or the correct product of the same value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement product has a higher price, you will only need to pay the price difference before dispatch.
  • Products must be returned neatly folded with their original tags and packaging. Items received in used, washed, damaged, or altered condition will not qualify for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

As most of our products are printed or prepared specifically for each order, returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering are not accepted.

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Important Information

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
  • If the courier package appears damaged, we recommend refusing delivery whenever possible.
  • Kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us resolve claims involving damaged or missing items much faster.
  • Slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the printing process. Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Any additional exchanges may incur shipping or handling charges.
  • Dhyanova reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
